Faculty Sponsors

The success of the conference is in part dependent upon the willingness of faculty to sponsor the research efforts of students as well as to formally participate in the conference proceedings. The former involves not only the identification of student research worthy of recognition but also the ongoing development of the student(s) and their research. The latter primarily involves participation as panel chair/discussants in their areas of expertise. The conference coordinator(s) solicit faculty sponsors to serve on the Paper Awards Committee each year. Faculty sponsors are also invited to actively participate in the annual conference planning meeting.
