The W hours over Thanksgiving. On Wednesday, Nov. 25 we will close at 8:30 p.m. We will be closed all day on Thursday, Nov. 26. We will be open normal hours on Friday, Nov. 27 5:30 a.m.-8:30 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 28 7 a.m.-6:30 p.m. and Sunday, Nov. 29 1-10 p.m.

The new Community Receation Brochure is now available. The W members will receive a user name and password via e-mail.

New towel policy will help prevent losses
A new towel checkout policy will help The W provide better towel service and address the loss of nearly 1,200 towels over the past 19 months. New, higher-quality towels are on order, and the policy will take effect when the towels arrive. Under the new plan, members will check out a towel at the Welcome Desk and incur a $5 charge to their account. The account will be credited $5 when the towel is returned to the Welcome Desk. Charges for unreturned towels will remain on account and be drawn from the member's bank account or credit card during the next billing cycle. To use the towel service, you must have “Charge to Account” as part of your membership. If you are uncertain about whether this feature is activated on your membership, check at the Welcome Desk. Other members of your family who wish to check out towels also will need access to your “Charge to Account.” In addition to curbing towel loss and providing higher quality towels, we expect the new policy to assist us in maintaining cleaner locker rooms.
