		The Knights football team continued its perfection in conference play after traveling to Loras Saturday. Big plays and good second half play launched Wartburg's 30-19 win over Loras.

		The women's tennis team traveled to Dubuque Saturday for a duel with Clarke College. Clarke is a non-conference team but was still a good tune-up for the Knights as they look ahead to next week's conference tournament.

		On the road this weekend, the Knights volleyball team traveled to Pella Saturday for the Central Triangular.
		Kickers strike some, bite some
		The men's soccer team played a good defensive game against Buena Vista (BVU). Unfortunately, the Knights could not find their scoring touch in a game that gave them several opportunities to find the back of the net.
		Women's soccer crushed by Clark, breaks Buena Vista
		The Wartburg women's soccer team matched up with the Clarke Crusaders for a non-conference game Thursday, losing 4-1 in a physical game.
		"Dan's the man" for the harriers
		It was a successful weekend for the Wartburg cross country team, one that showed "great intensity, lots of competitiveness-huge improvement over last week," according to head coach Steve Johnson.

		The Knights women's golf team was hoping to improve on last year's sixth place IIAC finish.
