Students respond to new alcohol policies
A noise policy and a revised alcohol policy are in place, but some students have questioned their effectiveness.

The Volunteer Action Center (VAC) has expanded to serve students from two locations.

Depression screening day held in counseling center
Every college student's life includes many stresses--everything from greater academic standards to adjusting to being alone in a new environment. While some people may be able to cope with these changes in their environment, there are others who cannot find effective ways to deal with the demands. Those are some of the 1.5 million young adults who suffer from depression.

Health Center offers immunizations
Anyone can get Hepatitis B or the flu, but being at college may increase the risk of contracting these illnesses. The Health and Wellness Center aims to decrease the chances of illness for the students. In order to do this, the Visiting Nurses Association will be here to administer shots.

Share experiences with International Club
Last Friday the International Club sponsored their first "Coffee and Conversation" at the Diers House. International students drank coffee and hot chocolate with American students who shared their experiences about traveling abroad. The students also played games.

Campus Ministry hosts annual Jr. High Day
Wartburg Campus Ministry will once again host the annual Junior High Day. A total of 438 students, adult sponsors, and pastors will be on campus this Saturday to experience a taste of the ministry at Wartburg.
