Improve Race Relations:

Increase Senators' involvement and communication with students.

Bring students closer to campus renovations.

Improve student life on campus:

Work closely with ETK for a better variety of campus activities.

Work closely with Union Council to increase student satisfaction with the board plan.

Increase the number of services compatible with the student ID.

Increase summer storage facilities.

Improve campus PE facilities.

Work to keep Wartburg technologically up-to-date.

Update campus computer labs, especially Old Main.

Create a 24-hour computer lab.

Work Study/Financial Aid:
Fight to increase pay scales for on-campus employment. (Bigger base pay & larger raises)

Work with Administration for increase in Student Financial Aid proportional to tuition costs.

Technology:

Continuation in updating computers and technology campus wide.

Explore possibility of washer/dryers/vending machines that are
declining balance capable.

On-line voting for Student Elections.

Activities:

Increase monetary support to organizations without yearly budgets.

Continue to support organizations with yearly budgets that need extra assistance.

Diversity:

Continue to financially support campus organizations by promoting the attendance of conferences.

Expand Senate support of events and activities held by organizations.

Communication:

Increase awareness of Student Senate's purpose to the entire student body.

Work closely with KWAR, Trumpet, and WTV representatives to promote the activities of Student Senate.

Leadership:

Encourage campus organizations to attend Leadership conferences.

Academics:

Increase awareness of the Honor Code through the Honor Book.

Explore options of a possible "Dead Day/Week."

Extend hours of important buildings (Becker, Library, Luther Hall).

Building Development:

Represent student wishes for the new Union, and new Becker Hall.

Continue to push the administration on remodeling the PEC in the near future.
