| A 1999 Wartburg graduate, Trina Steines, was one
of the 10 finalists for the NCAA Woman of the Year award. ESPN will run a
30-minute show of the banquet Dec. 7 at 12 p.m. and Dec. 16 at 3:30 a.m.
Steines was an All-American during the 1997 indoor track season, taking 4th in the 800m. In 1998, she was a national champion in the 800m and grabbed 3rd place in the 800m indoor race. |
