Supplemental request form The Wartburg Student Senate provides Supplemental financing for students and student organizations throughout the year. These funds are usually used by students to go to conferences and organize events. If you are interested in submitting a supplemental request for Senate approval, please download and complete the form from the link above and send it to senate@wartburg.edu no later than 8:00 P.M. on Wednesday of each week. Budget decisions are made by the Budget Review Committee and affirmed by the Senate. For more information on our budget process, please consult the Budget Review Manual. Official Student Organization Recognition The Office of Student Life and the Student Senate share responsibility for officially recognizing student organizations on campus. Directly below, the link labeled ‘How to gain official recognition’ will allow you download a step-by-step process as how to receive recognition.
