General Meeting Minutes

-First meeting of I-Club for the academic year 2009-2010.

-Overview about the year's largest events to be organized by I-Club.

-Discussions on organizing a 'Welcome Party' for freshmen. September 25 is the tentative date for the first general meeting and the welcome party. The meeting begins at 4pm, while the party lasts from 10 pm to 2am. Everyone will be notified about changes in date, if any are made.

-$5 I-Club dues to be paid to the execs on the first general meeting i.e. on 09/25/2009 to continue using the Wartburg van for Wal-Mart trips.

-Discussions on the involvement of I-Club in Kastle Kapers, which is a huge talent show that takes place in Wartburg every year.

Wednesday, 09/16/2009

- I-Club's first party of the year this Friday, September 25. The party will begin at 10pm and will last until 2am.

- I-Club Exec meetings to be held every Wednesday at 4pm in the conference room located at the Hub.
