Director of International Programs

Kevin Roiseland

Kevin Roiseland is the director of international student programs and a senior lecturer for English for International Students. He graduated from Luther College in 1998 and completed a Master of Arts degree at the University of Iowa in 2002, focusing on social foundations of education with an emphasis in international education and student development. He was an international student adviser at The Art Institute of Illinois-Chicago this past year and previously served for two years as international student adviser at Roosevelt University, Chicago, Ill. He is the son of Dottie Roiseland, retired staff member, and the late Dr. Donald Roiseland, professor of physics.

JoAnn Strottman

JoAnn is the office secretary for International Programs. She is the person behind the warm voice people here on the phone when they contact the International Programs Office. JoAnn maintains the database of International Students on campus, new incoming International students and also reservations of the Diers House for club activities. She also assits students with their tax forms and reserving the college vans for club trips.
