At Wartburg, I work
at the
Pathways Center as a Pathways Peer. I help students develop
their resumes and search for jobs/graduate schools. I also help
students develop effective study skills and time management
skills. In addition to working with students, I also am in
charge of
Knightlink, a website displaying current full-time and
part-time job openings. |

I work as a CAP
Mentor on campus. The
College Achievement Program is a fairly recent program
devoted to vocation and mentoring. As a CAP Mentor, I work with
first-year students in helping them transition to college and
cope with the new pressures involved. I work with 4-5 protégés a
year and help them develop successful academic and social
skills. |

I also work at
Wartburg as a
Supplemental Instruction leader. I lead a weekly SI session
for two sections of the Microeconomics class. Students can come
to these sessions planned and led by me if they need or want a
further understanding of the material covered in class. |
