I am from Bettendorf, Iowa, which is in the Quad Cities. Although I was born in Arizona, I grew up in Iowa. The Quad Cities area has a lot to offer, including the Isle of Capri Casino, Celebration Belle River Cruises, the Figge Art Museum, and the iWireless Center.

In Bettendorf, I attended Pleasant Valley High School, home of the PV Spartans. I was involved in the school's student council, honor society, and newspaper. I was also Secretary of the Chamber Choir, a member of Jazz Choir, and Vice President of the Theater group.
