Perseverance:

-I attended a bilingual High School in Colombia called Colegio Bolivar (American Style High School accredited

by SACS-Southern Association of Colleges and Schools)

-It was my zeal to study abroad but had financial constraints that were jeopardizing my dreams.

-In order to fulfill my dream, I excelled academically (4.0 GPA), was involved in extracurricular activities,

and earned a very high score in my SATs.

-My hard work and dedication allowed me to fulfill my dream by receiving almost a full scholarship to

attend Wartburg College.

-I am now a successful student at Wartburg College, graduating in May 2009.
